Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey

Teeling Whiskey is a prominent brand in the Irish spirits industry, known for reviving the tradition of distilling in Dublin. It was founded in 2012 by Jack and Stephen Teeling, whose family has a distilling heritage dating back to 1782 in the Liberties area of Dublin. Their signature Small Batch expression is notable for being finished in Central American rum casks, which imparts a unique dried fruit and spice profile.

While the Teeling Whiskey Company remains deeply rooted in its Dublin distillery, the brand's growth led to a significant minority partnership. In 2017, the global spirits company Bacardi acquired a minority stake in the business to assist with international distribution. Despite this corporate investment, the Teeling family remains central to the operations and management of the distillery, maintaining the brand's craft identity while leveraging Bacardi's global network.
