Tipiak Céréales Méditerranéennes is a versatile grain mix produced by Tipiak, a prominent French food group known for its culinary expertise in dry and frozen products. This specific product is a precooked preparation combining durum wheat semolina with other grains like rye, barley, and spelt, seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and parsley to evoke Mediterranean flavors.

The Tipiak brand was officially formed in 1967 through the merger of two historic French houses: Groult (founded in 1830 in Paris) and Billard (founded in 1879 in Nantes). Groult was a pioneer in importing tapioca to Europe, which explains the brand's logo featuring a clipper ship and the name itself, which means 'tapioca' in the Guarani language. In 2024, the French agricultural cooperative Terrena acquired Tipiak to expand its portfolio of plant-based nutritional solutions and international reach, making Terrena the ultimate owner company today and for the foreseeable future.
