Gilleleje Bryg is a Danish craft beer brand deeply rooted in the local history of Gilleleje, a fishing town in North Zealand. The brand was revived as a community initiative by the local SuperBrugsen Gilleleje, drawing inspiration from a commercial brewery that operated in the town from 1904 until 1920 under the ownership of Waldemar Bjørnsen.

Today, the brand operates under the organization 'Foreningen Gilleleje Bryghus' (The Gilleleje Brewery Association), also known as 'Gilleleje Brygs Venner' (Friends of Gilleleje Bryg). While the long-term vision includes full-scale production within the town of Gilleleje, the beers have historically been produced in collaboration with established Danish craft breweries like Herslev Bryghus to ensure high organic quality. The brand specializes in organic beers with names tied to local folklore and history, such as 'Bolværksmatrosen' and 'Fiskerpigens sang'.
