The company introduced Dynamic Mesh Communication (DMC) technology, which revolutionized how large groups of riders communicate seamlessly without the range limitations of traditional Bluetooth.

In 2021, Cardo Systems was acquired by EMK Capital, a private equity firm based in the United Kingdom.
