Just Juice is one of New Zealand's most iconic beverage brands, first launched in 1981 by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board. It was a pioneer in using Tetra Pak technology in the local market, making fruit juice accessible as an everyday drink rather than a luxury. The product is primarily manufactured in New Zealand, specifically at the Frucor Suntory production facilities in Manukau, Auckland.

Over the decades, ownership of the brand has transitioned through several major corporations. After being founded by the government-linked Apple and Pear Board, it was sold to private equity (Pacific Equity Partners) in 1998, followed by the French multinational Danone in 2002. In 2009, Danone sold the Frucor business to the Japanese conglomerate Suntory Holdings. Today, Just Juice remains a core part of the Suntory Oceania (formerly Frucor Suntory) portfolio, continuing its long-standing presence in the Australasian market under the ultimate ownership of Suntory in Japan.
