Rynkeby Tørst Øko Hyldeblomst

Rynkeby Tørst Øko Hyldeblomst is a popular organic elderflower beverage produced by Rynkeby Foods A/S. The brand was originally established in 1934 by Inger Rasmussen in her basement in the town of Rynkeby, Denmark, where she first began pressing apple juice for her neighbors.

Today, Rynkeby is the largest producer of juice and cordials in the Nordic region. While it was owned by the dairy giant Arla Foods for nearly two decades, it was acquired in 2016 by the German family-owned company Eckes-Granini Group. The product shown, which is part of the 'Tørst' (Thirst) line of organic, non-carbonated soft drinks, is manufactured at Rynkeby's primary production facility located in Ringe on the island of Funen, Denmark.
