Otriven is a well-established brand of decongestant nasal sprays, primarily used to treat cold symptoms and sinus pressure. The brand was originally developed in Switzerland by the pharmaceutical company Novartis.

Starting in 2015, Novartis and GSK (GlaxoSmithKline) merged their consumer healthcare businesses, and eventually, this division was spun off into an independent company named Haleon in 2022.
