Although the recipe is of Swiss origin, the product is primarily manufactured in Colmar, France, in the Alsace region. This location was chosen for its rich agricultural land, allowing the organically grown herbs and vegetables to be processed within hours of being harvested.

The production process is unique: fresh herbs like parsley, chives, and basil are mixed with unrefined sea salt from the Camargue region in southern France. The mixture is allowed to macerate for up to 12 months before being dried under vacuum. The brand is owned by A.Vogel AG (formerly Bioforce AG), which remains headquartered in Roggwil, Switzerland, and continues to operate as an independent entity dedicated to natural health products.
