Cra-Z-Stuff & Fluff Friends is a creative toy line by RoseArt, a division of LaRose Industries. This 'Stuff Studio' kit allows children to create their own plush characters, such as the 'Fluffie Plushie Bear' shown. The brand has a rich history; it was originally founded as the Rosebud Art Company in 1923 by Isidor Rosen and grew into a household name for arts and crafts.
Ownership of the brand has changed hands several times over the last two decades. After being sold to Mega Brands in 2005 and subsequently becoming part of Mattel in 2014, the brand was bought back by Lawrence Rosen (founder of Cra-Z-Art) in early 2021. Today, LaRose Industries, LLC remains the ultimate owner. While many of the company's complex activity kits are historically manufactured in China, LaRose Industries has recently made significant investments to expand its manufacturing footprint in the United States, particularly in Florida and Tennessee.
