Elizabeth Shaw is a heritage British confectionery brand with roots dating back to 1881, originally founded in Bristol by H.J. Packer. The brand became widely recognized for its luxury 'Mint Crisp' chocolates, which earned it a Royal Warrant in 1963. After decades of local production at the historic Greenbank factory in Bristol, the facility was closed in 2006, leading to a shift in manufacturing.

Today, Elizabeth Shaw products are manufactured in multiple locations across the United Kingdom and mainland Europe to maintain their global distribution network. Since 2016, the brand has been under the ownership of Colian Holding, a major Polish family-owned food group. This transition has integrated the traditional British brand into a larger European portfolio while maintaining its headquarters and local distribution through Colian UK in Bristol.
