Sterling BrilleRens is a specialized eyeglass cleaning spray produced by Sterling Polish Company A/S, a venerable Danish enterprise. The brand was founded in 1941 by Arno Rasmussen in close collaboration with the renowned Danish silversmith Georg Jensen, originally focusing on high-quality silver polishing powders. Over the decades, the company expanded its portfolio into a wide range of household cleaning and maintenance products.

While the brand remains a staple of Danish household care, the Sterling Polish Company was acquired on April 19, 2023, by the Norwegian company Krefting. Despite this change in ultimate ownership, the brand maintains its strong Danish identity and heritage. Most of its products, including the BrilleRens cleaner, continue to be developed and manufactured at its facility in Gentofte, Denmark, ensuring the quality and environmental standards the brand is known for.
