Established in 1991, the company is headquartered in Hong Kong and operates significant manufacturing facilities in mainland China. The KC-328NK model is a standard desktop/pocket calculator featuring dual-power (solar and battery) capabilities.

Historically, the brand was part of Karce International Holdings Company Limited, which was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
