Cremefine is a popular brand of cream alternatives used for cooking and whipping, known for blending dairy ingredients like buttermilk and skimmed milk with vegetable fats to provide a lower-fat or more stable alternative to traditional cream. The brand was originally developed by Unilever as part of its Rama umbrella brand (known as Flora or Blue Band in other markets).

In 2018, Unilever sold its entire spreads and cream alternatives division to the private equity firm KKR, which established the company Upfield. In late 2024, Upfield rebranded its global corporate identity to Flora Food Group. Today, the brand is managed under this entity. Manufacturing takes place across several European facilities, primarily in Germany, though production has historically shifted between sites in Sweden and other regional hubs to optimize the supply chain for international markets.
