Fonte de' Medici is a premium Italian natural mineral water sourced from the uncontaminated underground aquifers of the Valdichiana region in Tuscany. The water is bottled at the source in Monte San Savino, within the province of Arezzo. This location is steeped in history, with the spring itself having been appreciated since the times of the Etruscans and Romans for its purity and balanced mineral composition.

Historically, the brand was operated by Fonte Santafiora S.p.A. (Santafiora Group), a company that has been active in the bottling industry since the 1960s. However, as of early 2025, the brand has been acquired by Sorgenti Italiane Regionali S.p.A. (SIR Group), a company led by CEO Mario Bisceglia. The SIR Group specializes in revitalizing historic regional water brands and operates multiple production sites across Italy to ensure local distribution and reduce the environmental impact of transportation.
