Walsdorf Gourmet is a family-owned German food manufacturer specializing in high-quality sauces and condiments. The brand traces its roots back to 2005 when Volker Walsdorf founded a beverage and event service in Duisburg-Rheinhausen, building on his father Werner's 40 years of entrepreneurial experience. The family eventually transitioned into sauce production, opening a dedicated factory in Moers to produce their legendary curry sauce and other gourmet items.

The Delikatess Mayonnaise is a staple of their product range, characterized by its high rapeseed oil content (80%) and creamy texture. In 2017, management was passed to Yannick Walsdorf, the third generation of the family, who continues to operate the business as a traditional 'Manufaktur' (artisanal manufacturer). The company maintains its headquarters and production facilities in the North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany.
