Venchi is a premier Italian chocolatier with a heritage dating back to 1878, when Silviano Venchi founded the company in Turin. The Tiramisu bar is one of their flagship gourmet offerings, inspired by the classic Italian dessert. It features three alternating layers of coffee paste, mascarpone-flavored cream, and Venezuelan milk chocolate.

The product is manufactured in Italy at Venchi's main production facility located in Castelletto Stura, Cuneo. Over its century-long history, the brand has remained synonymous with Italian artisanal craftsmanship. In the late 1990s, the company underwent a major relaunch led by Daniele Ferrero, who remains the CEO and a significant shareholder today. While the company is privately held by Italian management and a few international minority investors (such as the Pao family of Hong Kong and the Guerrand-Hermès family), it operates as an independent entity, maintaining its headquarters and manufacturing roots firmly in the Piedmont region of Italy.
