Produced from 100% Grechetto grapes, it represents the historic revival of indigenous Umbrian varieties. The brand was established in 1971 by Arnaldo Caprai, a successful textile entrepreneur, and has since been significantly expanded by his son, Marco Caprai, who lead the estate to international acclaim.

The wine is produced entirely on the Arnaldo Caprai estate in Montefalco, Italy.
