In December 2020, Nature's Bakery was acquired by KIND (which is owned by Mars, Incorporated). This acquisition brought the brand under the umbrella of Mars, one of the world's largest privately-owned food companies. Under this ownership structure, Nature's Bakery continues to operate as an independent brand while leveraging the global distribution and manufacturing expertise of Mars.
