Larsa Natural Yogurt

Larsa is a historic Galician dairy brand founded in 1933 in Vigo. It is particularly well-known for being the first brand in Spain to market a pasteurized yogurt. The brand emphasizes its use of milk from cows raised in Galician pastures (Pastoreo), maintaining a strong regional identity.

Today, Larsa is produced in manufacturing plants within Galicia, specifically in Vilagarcía de Arousa and Outeiro de Rei. Although it started as a family enterprise, it is currently part of the CAPSA Food group (Corporación Alimentaria Peñasanta), which is one of the leading dairy companies in Spain, headquartered in Asturias.
