Virunga Gin

Virunga Gin is a premium craft gin inspired by the Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Despite its African inspiration and its mission to support conservation efforts for the endangered mountain gorillas (through contributions to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund), the gin is actually distilled and manufactured in Belgium.

The brand was created by a group of entrepreneurs seeking to blend European distilling expertise with African botanicals. It is owned by the Belgian company Virunga Spirits. The product is known for its distinct profile, using botanicals that evoke the African landscape, while maintaining the high-quality standards of Belgian artisanal distillation.
