OCB products, including the 'Virgin Paper' series shown, are primarily manufactured in France to maintain strict quality standards using natural fibers and acacia gum. For many years, the brand was part of the Bolloré group, but in 2000, it was acquired by Republic Technologies International. Today, it is part of the Republic Group, a global leader in the smoking accessories market owned by Don Levin, headquartered in the United States.
