Felix Hela Rödbetor

Felix is a deeply rooted Swedish brand, established in 1939 with a focus on preserving the harvest of local farmers. The pickled beetroots shown here are a staple of Swedish pantry culture, traditionally served with dishes like pyttipanna or meatballs.

Historically, the brand was founded by Herbert Felix in Eslöv, Sweden. Today, the production remains largely centered in Eslöv, utilizing beetroots grown by Swedish farmers, which is often proudly indicated by the 'Från Sverige' (From Sweden) label found on the packaging.

While Felix is a Swedish heritage brand, it is currently owned by Orkla ASA, a Norwegian conglomerate. Orkla acquired the brand through its subsidiary Orkla Foods Sverige, maintaining the local production facilities and traditional recipes that have made Felix a household name in Scandinavia for decades.
