Consum Chóvar is a private label natural mineral water distributed by the Spanish supermarket cooperative Consum. The water is sourced from the Chóvar spring located in the Sierra de Espadán Natural Park in Castellón, Spain.

As a private label product, it is bottled specifically for Consum S. Coop. V., a major Spanish retail cooperative founded in Valencia in 1975. The bottling process is handled by Manantiales del Portell, S.A., which operates the extraction and packaging facilities at the source in Chóvar, ensuring the product retains its low mineralization characteristics from the spring directly to the consumer.
