Ybarra is a historic Spanish brand specialized in the production of olive oil, sauces, and vinegars. Founded in 1842 by Jose Maria de Ybarra in Seville, the company has maintained its roots in the Andalusia region for over 180 years. The 'Mayonesa Ecológica' (Organic Mayonnaise) is produced using organic ingredients, adhering to European ecological farming standards, and is marketed as gluten-free and lactose-free.

Today, the brand operates under the joint venture Grupo Ybarra Alimentación, formed by the Ybarra family and Migasa (Group Miguel Gallego). This partnership has allowed the brand to expand its presence internationally while maintaining its primary manufacturing facilities in Dos Hermanas (Sevilla), Spain. Despite a significant fire in their main plant in 2016, the company successfully rebuilt its operations, continuing its legacy as a leader in the Spanish food sector.
