Daura Damm Gluten-Free Lager Beer

Daura Damm is a world-renowned gluten-free lager beer produced by the S.A. Damm brewery. Launched in 2006, it was developed in collaboration with the Gluten Unit of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) to ensure a gluten content of less than 3 ppm, making it safe for coeliacs while maintaining the flavor of a traditional beer.

The product is brewed and bottled in Barcelona, Spain, at the main Damm brewery. The brand has won numerous international awards for its quality and innovative brewing process that removes gluten after the fermentation stage. It remains under the ownership of Sociedad Anónima Damm, one of Spain’s oldest and most prominent beverage companies, which has been controlled by the Carceller family for generations.
