ColaCao chocolate powder

ColaCao is one of the most iconic Spanish food brands, known for its soluble cocoa powder. It was launched in 1945 by the company Nutrexpa. For decades, it became a staple of Spanish breakfasts, famously recognized for its 'lumps' that didn't dissolve easily in cold milk, a characteristic that became a brand hallmark.

In 2015, following a split of the parent company Nutrexpa, the brand became part of Idilia Foods. While the majority of production remains in Spain, specifically in Parets del Vallès (Barcelona), the brand has a significant international presence, particularly in Latin America and China.
