Founded in 2006 by four Latvian women, MÁDARA Cosmetics has established itself as a leading international producer of organic skincare. The brand is deeply rooted in Northern European heritage, utilizing potent plant extracts sourced directly from the Baltic region.

All products are developed and manufactured at their own specialized laboratory and production facility in Riga, Latvia. This integrated approach allows the company to maintain strict quality control and adhere to ECOCERT and COSMOS organic certification standards throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Since its listing on the Nasdaq Riga stock exchange in 2017, Mádara has transitioned into a publicly traded company. Most shares are still held by the original founders and Latvian management, ensuring that local ownership and its Baltic identity remain core to the business model as it expands globally.
