Berg Original Hell is a traditional German lager produced by the Berg Brauerei Ulrich Zimmermann, located in Ehingen (Berg), Germany. This family-owned brewery traces its origins back to 1466 and has been in the hands of the Zimmermann family since 1848.

The 'Original Hell' is noted for its specific production process known as 'Bottichgärung' (open vat fermentation), which is a traditional method that many modern industrial breweries have abandoned.
