Safety Broker (Safety Broker de Asigurare) is the largest independent insurance broker in Romania. Founded in 2005, the company has grown significantly through a wide network of local branches and franchises, providing diverse insurance solutions ranging from motor and health to life and property insurance.

In recent years, the company has expanded its regional footprint, most notably in 2021 when its ownership structure evolved through a strategic acquisition by the Polish-based Unilink Group. Following this, Unilink was acquired by the United States-headquartered Acrisure LLC in 2023. This evolution has successfully integrated a local Romanian champion into a global fintech and insurance distribution leader, leveraging global resources while maintaining local market expertise in Eastern Europe.
