Uliveto is one of Italy's most recognized mineral water brands, famous for its long history and association with health and digestion. The water originates from the Uliveto spring located in Vicopisano, near Pisa, in the Tuscany region. It has been commercially bottled since the late 19th century and is celebrated for its bicarbonate-alkaline composition and natural sparkle.

Today, the brand is owned by CoGeDi International (Compagnia Generale di Distribuzione), an Italian group that also manages other major water brands like Rocchetta. Uliveto and Rocchetta are frequently marketed together as the 'Acque della Salute' (Health Waters), often featuring high-profile sports sponsorships and scientific endorsements to emphasize their physiological benefits. The production and bottling take place entirely at the source in Tuscany to maintain the natural properties of the water.
