This acquisition integrated Lutti into one of Europe's largest candy portfolios, focusing on natural ingredients and traditional manufacturing techniques. As of 2024 and beyond, Katjes International remains the ultimate owner, ensuring the brand maintains its French-Belgian heritage while benefiting from international distribution networks.
