Through a joint venture with R&R Ice Cream, the company formed Froneri, which now manages the manufacturing and distribution of these products across Europe and other international markets.

The brand portfolio includes iconic names such as Maxibon, Extrême, and KitKat. While Nestlé remains a joint owner and the brand originator, the day-to-day operations and strategic management of the ice cream business are primarily handled by Froneri under license.
