The brand is owned by Essity, a global hygiene and health company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Originally a part of the Swedish pulp and paper manufacturer SCA (Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget), the hygiene division was spun off into the independent entity Essity in 2017. Today, Essity oversees a massive portfolio of household names and continues to manage Cushelle's distribution and growth throughout the UK and Ireland.
