Founded in Athens in 1926 by the Filippou family, Fage has become a global leader in the dairy market, famous primarily for its Greek yogurt. The Risolat product line combines the creaminess of milk with soft rice, often available in various fruit or spice flavors like vanilla.

Fage remains a family-owned enterprise, with headquartered operations moved to Luxembourg to manage its international expansion. However, its manufacturing roots remain deeply tied to Greece, where a significant portion of its dairy products for the European market are produced. The company is currently led by the third generation of the Filippou family.
