YOXO is a 100% digital mobile subscription service launched as a sub-brand of Orange. It was first introduced in Romania as the country's first fully digital mobile operator, designed to appeal to tech-savvy and younger demographics through a contract-free, app-based business model. Unlike traditional telecom services, YOXO operates entirely through its mobile application, allowing users to manage their plans, data, and payments without visiting a physical store.

While the brand is a digital service rather than a physical product, its operational infrastructure is based in Romania, utilizing the existing 4G and 5G network coverage of Orange Romania. The brand has also been expanded to other markets where the Orange Group operates, such as Morocco, under the same digital-first philosophy. Since its inception, YOXO has evolved into a broader digital ecosystem, recently partnering with companies like Recommerce to offer refurbished devices and Salt Bank for integrated financial rewards, reinforcing its position as a flexible and modern alternative to legacy telecommunications.
