Egekilde natural mineral water

Egekilde is a premium Danish mineral water brand owned by Royal Unibrew. The water is sourced from an underground aquifer in the Gammel Dyrehave forest near Faxe, on the island of South Zealand, Denmark. According to the brand, the water takes approximately 100 years to filter through layers of sand and chalk before being bottled at the source.

Originally introduced in 2006, Egekilde was developed by Royal Unibrew as their proprietary water brand following the end of their distribution agreements with other international water brands. The production process has been CO2-neutral since 2012, and the brand often uses recycled plastic for its bottles to emphasize its commitment to environmental sustainability.
