Sennheiser ACCENTUM Wireless headphones

Sennheiser is a prestigious German brand with a history dating back to 1945, when it was founded by Fritz Sennheiser as 'Laboratorium Wennebostel'. Over decades, it became a global leader in high-fidelity audio, microphones, and professional sound equipment.

In a significant shift in corporate structure, Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG sold its Consumer Division—which includes consumer headphones like the ACCENTUM and MOMENTUM series—to the Swiss hearing care giant Sonova Holding AG in March 2022. While the professional audio division remains independently owned by the Sennheiser family in Germany, consumer products are now developed and marketed by Sonova under a long-term license of the Sennheiser brand. Although the ACCENTUM Wireless is engineered in Germany, mass production for this specific consumer model is primarily carried out in China to balance premium audio performance with competitive market pricing.
