The brand has a deep-rooted heritage dating back to 1936, founded by Eugenio Rosati. The estate manages approximately 8,000 olive trees across the hills of Fara in Sabina, utilizing traditional cultivars such as Carboncello, Frantoio, and Leccino.

Production is characterized by a closed-loop supply chain where the olives are hand-picked or mechanically harvested and pressed within 24 hours at low temperatures to ensure maximum quality and low acidity. The company remains a family-owned agricultural enterprise, maintaining its status as a private producer that exports high-quality D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) Sabina olive oil to international markets, including Japan.
