Following the death of the brand's founder, Andrey Trubnikov, in 2021, and subsequent geopolitical shifts, the company underwent significant organizational changes. As of 2023, the ultimate ownership of the Natura Siberica group (including Wilda Siberica) was consolidated under the Russian investment conglomerate Sistema (AFK Sistema).
