Hill Biscuits is a historic British brand founded in 1855 by John and Sarah Hill. Originally starting as a small family-run shop in Dukinfield, Manchester, the company later moved to its iconic Tudno Mill factory in Ashton-under-Lyne in 1893, where it continues to manufacture its products today.

In terms of ownership, Hill Biscuits has seen various transitions, including a period under Rowntree Mackintosh and long-term family stewardship by the Bennett family. Most recently, in July 2024, the brand was acquired by Cerealto UK, the British subsidiary of the Spanish agri-food group Cerealto. Cerealto itself is backed by investment firms Davidson Kempner and Afendis Capital Management.
