The Pebo (formerly known as the Santos) is a vacuum coffee maker produced by the housewares brand Bodum. This siphon-style brewing method is celebrated for its ability to extract coffee oils and aromas through a vacuum pressure process, resulting in a clean and flavorful cup.

Bodum was originally founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 1944 by Peter Bodum. In 1978, the company moved its headquarters to Switzerland. Today, Bodum remains a family-owned business, led by Jørgen Bodum. While the brand is known for its Scandinavian design principles, its manufacturing is primarily centralized in Portugal, where the company operates its own production facilities to maintain quality control over its borosilicate glass and plastic components.
