Berchtesgadener Land is a premium dairy brand originating from the district of the same name in Upper Bavaria, Germany. Established in 1927, the brand is operated by a dairy cooperative (Milchwerke Berchtesgadener Land Chiemgau eG), which prides itself on sourcing milk from small-scale alpine farmers in the Berchtesgaden mountain region and the Salzburg region.

The brand is widely recognized for being the first dairy in Germany to implement a Naturland-fair certification, emphasizing organic farming, animal welfare, and fair wages for local farmers. Its products, ranging from fresh alpine milk to organic specialty yogurts, are produced at their central facility in Piding, Bavaria. As a cooperative, it remains independent of large multinational food conglomerates, ensuring it remains under the collective ownership of the local farmers who supply it.
