Tesla, Inc. is a globally recognized American company that pioneered the mass-market electric vehicle (EV) industry. Institutional investors such as Vanguard and BlackRock also hold substantial stakes. The company relocated its global headquarters from California to Austin, Texas, in 2021 to support its large-scale expansion into AI and robotics.
