Echt Hällischer Bierschinken

Echt Hällischer Bierschinken is a traditional German meat specialty produced by the Bäuerliche Erzeugergemeinschaft Schwäbisch Hall (BESH). The product is notably made from the meat of the Schwäbisch-Hällisches Landschwein, a historic breed of pig native to the Hohenlohe region in Baden-Württemberg.

The brand is deeply rooted in regional agriculture and is managed as a farmers' cooperative. Production takes place at their own facilities in Schwäbisch Hall and Wolpertshausen, Germany. The cooperative focuses on sustainable farming, animal welfare, and the use of natural spices, often avoiding artificial additives and GMOs (Ohne Gentechnik), as seen on the packaging. The ownership remains entirely with the local member farmers through their cooperative structure.
