Cuki is a premier Italian brand specializing in food preservation and kitchen storage solutions, originally founded in 1958 as Comital in Volpiano, Turin. The Cuki brand name was officially registered in 1968 and became a household name in Italy, synonymous with high-quality aluminum foil and cling film. Over the decades, the company evolved through various joint ventures, notably forming Comital Cofresco in 1998.

Today, the brand is part of the Cuki Cofresco S.r.l. group, which is a leading player in the European food packaging market. Since 2019, the ultimate ownership of the brand lies with the Melitta Group, a renowned German family-owned company headquartered in Minden. While much of Cuki's production is rooted in its Italian facilities (such as those in Volpiano, Frosinone, and Pontinia), specific professional-grade product lines or components are manufactured in the P.R.C. (China) to serve global supply chains and professional sectors like Ho.Re.Ca.
