Today, the brand operates under the ultimate ownership of the Otto Group, a German multinational retail and services group. While the UK arm was sold to Advent International and rebranded to Evri, the Hermes brand continues to operate extensively across Germany, Austria, and other international markets. Their service manufacturing—the actual delivery infrastructure—is distributed across various countries using a network of local hubs and couriers.
