Revilla is one of Spain's most iconic brands of cured meats, particularly famous for its chorizo and salchichón. Founded in Soria, Spain, in 1941 by Emiliano Revilla, it grew to become a household name across the Iberian Peninsula. Throughout its history, it became a symbol of traditional Spanish charcuterie.

Over the decades, the brand's ownership transitioned from the founding family to multinational corporations. It was acquired by Unilever and later became part of the multi-national food group Campofrio Food Group. Today, the brand is owned by Sigma Alimentos, a giant in the food industry based in Mexico, which acquired Campofrio. Despite the international ownership, the production remains heavily centered in Spain to maintain the authentic geographic and traditional standards required for Spanish cured meats.
