G7 Coffee is the flagship brand of the Trung Nguyen Group, one of Vietnam's most prominent and culturally significant coffee producers. Originally founded in 1996 in Buon Ma Thuot, the coffee capital of Vietnam, the brand has grown into a global powerhouse, exported to over 60 countries.
This specific product belongs to the G7 line, which was launched in 2003 as a response to international competitors entering the Vietnamese market. The 'Luwak' branding on the packaging indicates it is a blend designed to mimic the rich, earthy flavors of traditional civet coffee (Cà Phê Chồn), which is a luxury item in Southeast Asia. While high-end versions may use genuine civet-processed beans, this 3-in-1 format is primarily a premium instant mix combining high-quality Vietnamese coffee beans with creamer and sugar.
Trung Nguyen Group remains the ultimate owner and operator of the brand. Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, the company manages the entire production chain, from sourcing beans from the Central Highlands of Vietnam to processing them in state-of-the-art facilities located throughout the country.
