This allows the brand to maintain high design standards while managing diverse production scales for its international market.

Since 2015, Phase Eight has been under international ownership. It was acquired by the South African retail giant TFG (The Foschini Group), which also owns other notable UK brands such as Whistles and Hobbs. This partnership has facilitated the brand's further expansion into the Southern Hemisphere and across European markets, while the company remains headquartered in London to preserve its distinct British identity.
