Molkerei Weihenstephan is one of Germany's most historic dairy brands, tracing its roots back to the monastery established in Weihenstephan in the year 1001. Located in Freising, Bavaria, the brand has built a reputation for high-quality milk, butter, and yogurt products, often synonymous with traditional Bavarian craftsmanship and high production standards.

While the brand shares its name and location with the world-famous Weihenstephan Brewery, they are separate entities. The dairy operations were privatized and eventually acquired by the Müller Group (Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller) in 2000. Today, Weihenstephan operates as a premium brand within the Müller portfolio, maintaining its production facilities in Germany to ensure the freshness and quality of its traditional dairy lineup.
